Easy Low Carb Gluten Free Blueberry Cobbler Dessert




Ingredients

  • 3 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 táblespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teáspoon xánthán gum
  • 2/3 cup álmond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup low cárb sugár substitute ádd more if needed
  • 1 egg beáten
  • 6 táblespoons butter melted


Instructions

  1. Pour berries into greásed 9?x9? pán.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice ánd xánthán gum.
  3. Stir álmond flour, coconut flour, sweetener ánd egg until mixture resembles coárse meál.
  4. Sprinkle dry mixture over berries.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over topping.
  6. Báke át 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
