This Clean Eating Chicken Chili is totally flavorful! I've made it twice since I initially posted, and it's just been three weeks. I know it's elusive solid ground chicken plans that aren't exhausting, yet trust me when I state that this formula does NOT baffle. You are going to LOVE this solid bean stew formula (and the mystery fixing).

I make a great deal of bean stew, it's my go to for bunch preparing for sound snacks and cooler suppers.

I'm preparing and trying out plans for the Whole30 challenge I'll be remove a portion of in January (after my Disney trip, obviously – on the grounds that please, how about we be genuine) and this Clean Eating chicken bean stew is champ victor chicken supper.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 14oz can black beans
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 14 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 6oz can tomato paste roughly 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tbsp ground chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Instructions :

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once that is heated add the ground chicken and scramble fry until it's cooked (about 7-8 minutes). Add the onion and red bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover the pot and bring it down to a simmer for 50 minutes. Check on it at the 30 minute mark to give it a good stir.
